In the past we have provided computer training, sales training, and technical troubleshooting to ensure our program is being used in the right way.

Direct Mail

With our direct mail, we pinpoint those that have just filed for, or have recently been discharged from, a Chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy. Our highly accurate data retrieval process lets us mail to those in all stages of bankruptcy, including those that have just filed and those that were just discharged. While we specialize in bankruptcy mailers, we certainly aren't limited to them. If you are interested in blast mailers, EDDMs, postcards, or any other type of campaign, we will make sure it gets done for you with better service and at a cheaper rate than you could get elsewhere.

Intelligent Call System

With our call tracker, no data will slip through the cracks. All calls route through our analytics software, which allows you to have access to all of the following features:
  • Personalized identification codes for each and every customer so their basic information is quickly available
  • Automated emails that send out as soon as the applicant calls, and as soon as they enter their code
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports with call counts
  • Detailed call routing so the calls can be directed exactly where you want them to go
  • Geolocation and true (800) numbers
Text Messaging

To ensure no sales are lost, we sent text messages to all callers at three different times: as soon as they end their first phone call, twenty-four hours are their first call, and six months later. The best part is applicants can text back to our system and get a personalized reply from our BDC. Also, if requested, we can send a text message to your sales-team every time a phone call or online lead comes in.

Credit Application Site

When an applicant receives one of our letters, they are not required to call. They can also fill out an application on our secure credit application website, credit-app.us. The best part is that this website doubles as a credit application and a tool for our dealerships. Here's a few of our site's outstanding features:
  • Get your own personalized credit site with your own subdomain. You can use this for any and all customers you have, not just customers from our program.
  • Look up customer information while you are on the phone with them. When you enter their pre-qualification code into the website, you will see their name and address pre-filled for you.
  • Gain access to our online application portal where all submitted applications can be viewed, edited, printed, or sent directly to your CRM.
